FAQs

Can you marry us legally?

No, that has to be done by a Registrar, as there are specific words you must say to make it legal. You can have a simple 10-minute meeting at your local Registry Office with just the two of you and two witnesses (often known as a “two plus two”) costing from £57. This is usually done a week/few days before your special day. You don’t even have to exchange rings at that meeting, so that when you are standing in front of your friends and family later, everyone can witness that special moment

Do you deliver ceremonies for the LGBTQ+ community?

Absolutely, though it seems a bit weird that I feel I need to state that!

Do I have to hold my ceremony in a licensed venue?

Definitely not! I can perform your wedding (or any other ceremony) in any location; like your local pub, a beach, a marquee in a field, a family garden, a favourite restaurant – even on the end of the pier! I can also work in licensed venues, but will not have the same restrictions on the ceremony that a registrar will have. Working with me means more choice and flexibility for you.

If you have ANY questions, just drop me an email and I’ll reply as quickly as I can.
